I want to cancel my order, what should I do?
In this section there are two cases:
I want to cancel my order and it hasn't left the gift shop yet:
In this case, Masteritem will cancel your order at no additional cost to you.
I want to cancel my order and it has already left the Masteritem facility:
If the order has left Masteritem premises, it will be treated as a withdrawal and you will have to bear the management costs.
How do I let Masteritem know that I want to cancel my order?
You have to contact us by email info@masteritem.es or by phone or WhatsApp 604 100 604.
What time do the orders leave the Masteritem facility?
All orders are dispatched from Masteritem's premises at 18:00 on the day you placed the order (working days).
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are dispatched at 18:00 on the following Monday afternoon.
What are the management costs?
Management costs are equivalent to shipping costs.
If my order has not left the Masteritem facility and I confirm my order cancellation, how long will it take to get my money back?
A maximum of 14 working days.
If I confirm the cancellation of my order but it's already left the gift shop, how long will it take to get my money back?
Within a maximum of 14 business days of receipt of your return package at our facility.
How do I get my money back?
If you paid by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer, your money will be refunded using the same method as the purchase.
