5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

6. DELIVERY

In case of withdrawal, Masteritem will reimburse the User for all payments received, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs chosen by the User for a shipping method other than the least expensive method offered on the Website) without no undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which Masteritem is informed of the User's decision to withdraw.
