How much does shipping cost?

For Ireland, shipping costs start at €24.99* (for selected products) and may increase depending on the product selected, the weight, volume or packages of your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery is made in 5 / 7 business days (excludes weekends), except large volume orders which may take a little longer.

1. The delivery times provided are for orders placed before 6:00 p.m., always counting working days (Monday to Friday); On Saturdays and Sundays we do not make deliveries and we do not prepare orders. For example, if you place an order on a Friday after 6:00 p.m., the delivery days will count from the following Monday, which is when your order will be prepared and shipped.

2. Orders are prepared and sent once payment is verified, that is, orders paid by card or Paypal will be prepared and sent immediately (as long as they fall within the range of orders placed before 6:00 p.m. and days). working days).

For orders made through bank transfer that are not through the La Caixa entity, they will be prepared and sent once we receive payment reflected in our bank account.

How can I track my order?

With which agency will I receive my order?

We make all our shipments through the transport companies GLS and SEUR.

Where will my order be delivered?

You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc.). As a general rule, the transport agency carries out door-to-door delivery, with the exception of some specific orders in which delivery is made at street level.

I have placed my order but I realized that I want to add one more product, do I have to pay the shipping costs again?

In this case, contact us by phone +34 604 100 604 or through our email as soon as possible, since if your order has not yet left our warehouse, we will be able to add your new product(s) to your previous order and this way you would not have to pay shipping costs again. But if your order has already left our warehouse, your order will be treated as a new order and therefore you will have to pay shipping costs again.
